Hello! My name is ReeJae (ree-jay). I am a master certified life coach trained under the International Coaching Federationn ICF and also a trained Brainspotting practitioner.

I have been in the creative industry for over a decade working in large corporations involved in design, fashion, marketing, licensing, social media and entertainment. I moved up the corporate ladder as a brand creative director and extended my education at Harvard Business Online emphasizing in leadership.

I transitioned out of the creative field into coaching because outwardly I experienced “success” in so many ways but yet felt internally unfulfilled because I was not tapping into my true gifting that brought me true joy - working with people's development. With spiritual guidance and investing in my own coaching I discovered that my true north was in coaching and mentorship- guiding people to become the best version of themselves. This led me to open my coaching practice and co-write a mental health guide, Indwell.

For many years I had the opportunity to work with amazing leaders, creatives and creators and I am aware of the challenges that come our way. My hope is to use my life and career experiences to help you navigate your own path and bring you to your true self.

In simple terms : a therapist works with your past and a life coach works with your future. Psychotherapy focuses on the past causes and treatments related to mental health. Coaching is focused on making lifestyle changes and new habits to create your future and reach your goals.

Coaching is a 1:1 professional relationship where a coach bridges the gap between where you are now and where you want be. I help you discover your passions, clarify your vision, set goals and create a strategy in achieving them. The major benefit of coaching is the support, guidance and accountability. Just like a sports coach, we are here to ask you honest questions, be an attentive listener and challenge you into action. Sessions are client centered and the coach comes in with an unbiased perspective. I am here to gently guide and facilitate your journey in uncovering the hidden gifts, strengths and desires within.

Brainspotting (BSP) is a powerful therapeutic tool that transforms you from the inside out.
